Solo Sikoa gets arrested on SmackDown. However, there is something even worse waiting for him.
Last month at the Night of Champions PLE in Saudi Arabia, Solo Sikoa defeated Jacob Fatu to win the United States Championship. Now, almost a month later, he still finds himself involved in his heated feud against Fatu.
Tonight on the July 18th episode of SmackDown in the buildup to SummerSlam, fans witnessed Sikoa and his MFT involved in a devastating car crash at the start of the show. However, toward the mid-point of the show, fans saw the tables turn on Sikoa.
In the second hour of the show, fans saw Sikoa and his MFT almost take down Jacob Fatu before aid arrived in the form of Jimmy Uso. Uso and Fatu then successfully took down Tanga Loa and JC Mateo as Tala Tonga and Sikoa almost escaped scot-free. However, before they could walk out, Adam Pearce arrived and announced a huge match for SummerSlam.
Heavily rumored ahead of the show, a steel cage match between Sikoa and Fatu for the United States Championship at SummerSlam was officially announced. Although before Solo Sikoa could react to the news, fans saw police arrive and arrest Sikoa for fraudulent behaviour concerning the fake car crash that had occurred at the start of the show.
