Snoop Dogg ‘Gets High’ With Frog Splash, Sasha Banks Reacts

Snoop Dogg and Sasha Banks

This week’s Dynamite had some extra star power as AEW ushered in the new year with rap royalty, with Snoop Dogg appearing on the show!

Rap legend Snoop Dogg would get high on Dynamite – but not in the way many would expect as the 49-year-old hit a Frog Splash on Serpentico while Cody Rhodes and Matt Sydal held the Chaos Project man down.

Snoop Dogg, of course, is related to one wrestler who hits an extremely impressive Frog Splash in Sasha Banks, and the current SmackDown Women’s Champion would respond with her thoughts!

Posting some crying, and crying with laughter, emojis, The Boss would hilariously hit back at the clip with, “Fam! We’re gonna have to work on this.”

Banks can’t have been too unimpressed, though, as the WWE Grand Slam Champion did even name the move – calling it the Snoopy Splash! The Boss would later share a mock-up of Snoop hitting the splash on Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch.

Snoop Dogg did, of course, technically pick up a win over Serpentico in the segment, with Cody Rhodes administering the three count and the bell ringing following the count.

The Doggfather is the latest in a series of celebrities who have made their presence known in AEW, with legendary boxer Mike Tyson and one of the world’s most famous basketball players in Shaquille O’Neal both having featured on Dynamite.
