Shotzi has let fans see her darker side after she shockingly turned heel on SmackDown following a loss in the ring.
On SmackDown emanating from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania Shotzi went one on one with WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair. Despite her best efforts, Flair got the best of the former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion, condemning her to defeat.
After the bout, however, Shotzi showed despite not being known as Blackheart anymore she still has one after she was checked on by Sasha Banks. Banks has let Flair know she has her sights set on reclaiming the SmackDown Women’s Title so checked on Shotzi after her loss.
Frustration got the best of the green-haired star as she viciously attacked The Boss, sending her crashing into the tank at ringside.
The match with Flair came when The Queen chose to face her one-on-one rather than share the ring with Sasha Banks.
Shotzi previously held the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship with Ember Moon after they won the gold from Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez in March 2021. The pair held the title for two months before losing to The Way duo of Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell.
Elsewhere on SmackDown, Drew McIntyre defeated Mustafa Ali in one-on-one action. After the match, Ali took issue with WWE fans and accused them of not liking him because of his name.
Happy Corbin and Madcap Moss defeated Rick Boogs and Shinsuke Nakamura in a Trick Or Street Fight and Shayna Baszler saw off the challenge of Naomi, in no small part thanks to special referee Sonya Deville.
In the night’s main event the newly crowned King Xavier Woods and his knight Sir Kofi defeated SmackDown Tag Team Champions, The Usos.
