With help from a surprising name, Seth Rollins has won the 2025 men’s Money in the Bank ladder match.

In the first match of the night, Naomi defeated six other women to win her first-ever women’s Money in the Bank briefcase. And, later in the night, in the second-to-last match of the night, six top stars competed for a shot at the men’s MITB briefcase.

Following a brutal and bumpy match amongst Rollins, Solo Sikoa, Andrade, LA Knight, Penta, and El Grande Americano, The Visionary was able to secure his second Money in the Bank win of his career.

The closing stages of the match saw a violent confrontation amongst JC Mateo, Jacob Fatu, Bronson Reed, and Bron Breakker. However, as Breakker took out Mateo, Fatu laid out Reed, before switching his focus to Sikoa. Setting up a ladder, and almost helping Sikoa grab the briefcase, Jacob Fatu decided to turn on him mid-way. Pulling Sikoa down, the Samoan Werewolf launched a brutal attack on the former Tribal Chief, before dropping him flat on a ladder.

This indirect help from Jacob Fatu helped Seth Rollins climb the ladder and steadily secure his Money in the Bank briefcase win. With his win tonight, Rollins also joined an elite list consisting of only CM Punk, to have won the MITB ladder match twice.

Last time, Rollins performed the ‘Heist of the Century’ at WrestleMania 31, but will he be able to perform a similar feat this time? Only time shall tell.

Seth Rollins Justifies His Alliance With Bronson Reed

Despite their heated rivalry from last year, Seth Rollins and Bronson Reed moved on from that and allied earlier this year. Recently, during his appearance on Up & Adams, Seth Rollins explained his alliance with Reed despite their rough history.

“I’m a good guy. I haven’t changed a bit. It just so happens that people have come to me and flocked to me. I said before WrestleMania I was going to put an end to Roman Reigns, I was going to put an end to CM Punk, I was going to win the main event of WrestleMania. I did all that.

Absolutely nothing changed. The only difference is that Paul Heyman, Roman Reigns’ Wiseman, decided I was right all along. I came with Paul, they you see Bron Breakker, he wants to learn from me. Bronson Reed, we had a little thing last year, but now there is a lot of respect between the two of us, and now we’re off to the races.”
