Sheamus has answered Triple H’s question of where WWE should go next on their travels as he proposes an epic premium live event in Ireland!
WWE brought a stadium show to the UK for the first time in over thirty years as Clash at the Castle emanated from the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales. The WWE machine was in full effect with events taking place all over the Welsh capital in the run-up to the big show.
Sheamus was on the card for Clash at the Castle as he took on Gunther for the Intercontinental Championship in a typically bruising contest. In the end, it was Gunther who picked up the victory retaining his title in a critically acclaimed classic.
One of the highlights of the night came immediately after that match as the crowd rose as one to give Sheamus a well-deserved standing ovation. Not just for his efforts on the night but for his efforts in an outstanding WWE career that has helped bring the spotlight to European wrestling.
Now with Triple H taking to social media to ask where fans want WWE to go next, Sheamus seems to have already got a cracking idea in mind as he responded:
“I give you the ‘Rocky Road to Dublin’ PLE at Croke Park, Dublin, Ireland! Featuring guaranteed BANGERS on the night from locals lads Sheamus! Becky Lynch! Annnd Finn Balor!!”

Croke Park in Dublin is the home to the Gaelic Athletic Association and each year plays host to over 80,000 fans for the All-Ireland football and hurling championship finals.
