Though he is of Irish nationality, Sheamus is an ardent supporter of English club Liverpool FC. The former WWE Champion keenly follows their matches and is often seen sporting their jerseys.

The Celtic Warrior, like other fans, was shaken to the core on hearing the devastating news of the tragic death of the club’s star forward player due to a fatal car accident.
The WWE star took to his X/Twitter to share a touching tribute to the late star, expressing that he was devastated, along with the club’s iconic slogan, ‘You Will Never Walk Alone.’

The Portuguese soccer player had joined Liverpool in 2020, making 182 appearances and contributing to two Premier League titles. He was also a part of the Portuguese national side, for whom he had 49 appearances. The 28-year-old forward had gotten married to his longtime girlfriend Rute Cardoso two weeks ago.
As per reports, the tragic incident took place in Zamora, located in northwestern Spain, where the Liverpool forward, along with his brother Andre Silva, who plays for Penafiel, a second division Portuguese club, were involved in the accident. It was reported that their car fell off the road, leading the two to suffer fatal injuries.
