Shaul Guerrero has announced that she has withdrawn from all wrestling commitments for the foreseeable future.
The daughter of the late Eddie Guerrero and AEW’s Vickie Guerrero took to Twitter to deliver the news that, following a “mental illness crisis”, she would be stepping away from the ring.
“I am withdrawing from all performances and appearances scheduled in conjunction with wrestling. After a very scary mental illness crisis I am no longer advised by loved one and professionals to participate in high stress events at this time.”
Latina Heat would go on to apologise to fans, and say she will use the time to seek the help she needs and re-establish her eating disorder treatment.

Back in October, Guerrero had announced her return to the ring. Speaking with Inside The Ropes, Guerrero had opened up about how she had been training constantly and even planned to use gear with flames on it as an homage to her late father. Latina Heat, though, would also open up about the pressures that come with her family legacy, some of which from herself.
“No-one is ever going to be like my dad. No-one’s ever going to do mic-work like my mom. And it’s not fair of me to put those kind of pressures on myself.”
Everyone at Inside The Ropes wishes Shaul Guerrero the best of luck, and good health – mental and physical – going forward.
