Sharon Osbourne Was “Very Entertained” By Chris Masters’ Pecs

Chris Masters

Although his WWE run was largely forgettable, there was one defining aspect of Chris Masters’ tenure in the sports entertainment giant – his pecs. ‘The Masterpiece’ regularly made his pecs ‘dance’, impressing everyone and encouraging the male population worldwide to attempt to follow suit.

Given this and the impressive physique of Chris Masters, a physique he still maintains over a decade after leaving WWE, it was common for Masters to attract the ire of just about anyone. Not even Sharon Osbourne was immune from admiring the 6-foot-4, 260-pound star.

“She Really Loved It” – Chris Masters On Sharon Osbourne Admiring Him

In the late 2010s, WWE introduced the concept of weekly guest hosts for Monday Night Raw, one such example being Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne. The couple called the shots during Raw’s November 2nd, 2009 broadcast, which saw a Triple Threat main event of Chris Jericho vs. The Big Show vs. John Cena.

The episode also had a WWE’s Got Talent segment, which featured Chris Masters performing his pectoral dance to the tune of Crazy Train, one of Ozzy Osbourne’s most famous songs. Discussing the segment on NBC Sports Boston’s Ten Count, Masters claimed how Sharon Osbourne “loved it”:

“Sharon, I remember she really loved it; she was very entertained by it. And even Ozzy was, I imagine that if they were in the rehearsal like, you know, they might have already gotten a taste of it, but we didn’t. We did walk through the blocking of it, I think. But Sharon was very fond of that whole pectoral dance, yeah.”

Continuing, Chris Masters explained how disappointed he was that WWE made the joke a recurring theme across company programming:

“I thought it was funny that one time, but I just absolutely thought it was ridiculous when they kept riding me. And honestly, I didn’t want to do it because, at that point, I knew this is something that was funny a couple of times, but it’s not something to present every week.”

With this being his second run in WWE, Chris Masters officially left WWE on August 5th, 2011.
