Seth Rollins Opens Up On His Current Relationship With Jon Moxley

Seth Rollins and Jon Moxley

Seth Rollins reveals whether he still talks with his former Shield brother.

Before Seth Rollins and Jon Moxley became top names in their respective wrestling companies, they were brothers in the faction known as The Shield. Along with Roman Reigns, Rollins and Moxley (known then as Dean Ambrose) inflicted pain and agony on those who stood against them all in the name of justice.

In 2014, the group would go their separate ways. They briefly reunited in 2019 before Ambrose departed from WWE and debuted in AEW as Jon Moxley. Meanwhile, Reigns and Rollins continued as singles stars in the company.

During his interview with Ariel Helwani of BT Sports, Rollins revealed whether he still keeps in contact with Moxley and how he feels about Moxley’s run in AEW.

“I don’t talk to him as much obviously, opposite schedules and stuff, but our baby girls are close to the same age. He’s not much of a texter. He’s an in-person cat. When we were in Cincinnati last time I was there, I popped in the house and said hi and all of that and checked in on him. I’m close with Renee so we’re always exchanging baby pictures and what’s new with the kids and all of that stuff. Never any animosity. He’s great. He’s at the top of his game doing his thing over in AEW.”

Jon Moxley made history at AEW Grand Slam on September 21st, becoming the only three-time AEW World Champion. He’s set to defend the championship against Hangman Adam Page on October 18th in Moxley’s hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio.
