Seth Rollins Shares Screenshot Of Message From Vince McMahon

Seth Rollins cuts a promo

Former WWE Champion Seth Rollins has shared a screenshot of a text he received from Vince McMahon summoning him to a meeting on Monday morning.

Seth Rollins is currently the highest-profile WWE Superstar not to have secured a place on the card for WrestleMania 38, although not for lack of trying.

After failing to win the WWE Championship at Elimination Chamber on February 18th, Rollins joined forces with Kevin Owens in and attempted to capture the Raw Tag Team Championships from RK-Bro, although this too was unsuccessful.

Next, he turned on his ally in an attempt to have Steve Austin appear on his own talk show segment instead of the scheduled KO Show. However, he was unable to defeat Owens for the honour.

Most recently, on the March 21st edition of Raw, Rollins challenged AJ Styles to try to take ‘The Phenomenal One’s match against Edge for himself. The bout ended in a disqualification after Edge attacked Styles with a steel chair.

Following that match, Rollins stood on an announce desk to show his dismay, calling the DQ “Bulls**t” before proclaiming that the following episode of Raw would not happen unless he gets his WrestleMania moment.

Now, ‘The Visionary’ might be about to get his wish as he has shared a text message showing that WWE Chairman Vince McMahon has called for a meeting at 9.00am on the morning of March 28th.

“Someone from my office is going to be reaching out to you to set up a meeting at corporate headquarters.

“I want you in my office at 9 a.m. on Monday”

Seth Rollins responded to confirm he would be attending the meeting.

There has been a lot of speculation in recent weeks that the reason Seth Rollins has been kept for free heading into ‘The Showcase of the Immortals’ is to enable him to face Cody Rhodes at the event.

Rhodes, of course, announced his decision to leave the company he helped found, AEW, back on February 15th. Ever since then, rumours have been circulating that he is WWE-bound in the near future, with a WrestleMania debut not being out of the question.

A recent report has suggested that high-profile figures within WWE are already pushing for Rhodes to bring his entire ‘American Nightmare’ persona to the company including music, gear, and even pyro.
