Seth Rollins Spotted Watching Double Or Nothing Media Scrum

Seth Rollins

An eagle eyed fan noticed Raw star Seth Rollins seemingly checking out the AEW Double or Nothing media scrum!

AEW Double or Nothing had a number of newsworthy moments to discuss during its post-show media scrum, not the least of which was CM Punk defeating Adam Page to become the new AEW Champion. A long time friend and former rival of CM Punk, Seth Rollins was spotted tuning into the media scrum as noted by Twitter user @DrainBamager.

“Seth Rollins was watching the AEW Media Scrum live on Twitter… LMFAO!!!!”

It’s nothing new for WWE talent to check out their competition, and former WWE star Killian Dain (now known as Big Damo) has spoken in the past about watching AEW Dynamite in the NXT locker room.

Not only did Rollins check out the AEW media scrum, but he also made reference to the company during his promo segment with Cody Rhodes on the latest episode of Monday Night Raw. During the segment, Seth Rollins made it clear that he doesn’t like Cody Rhodes, and also that he can’t stand the American Nightmare’s weekly pandering to the WWE Universe and all of the chants for him. Then, Rollins made a reference to Cody leaving WWE and later starting AEW, saying:

“You left WWE six years ago because you weren’t good enough. And then, every single day that you were gone, you and your little friends tried to tear down what I was building here. And when that didn’t work out so well for you, you came running back, the prodigal son returns home to fulfill his family legacy. Not on my watch, pal!

“You don’t get to be the conquering hero in my kingdom, oh no no no. You don’t get to take a sledgehammer to the throne and then come back and try to take that throne from me.”

During the media scrum, CM Punk spoke about how he believes his AEW Championship reign could top his previous “Summers of Punk.”
