Scott Steiner is enjoying a bit of a career resurgence on social media. The braggadocious wrestling legend is known for his outlandish takes, and his latest involves one of the fastest rising WWE Superstars ever: Stephanie Vaquer.
The Dark Angel debuted for WWE last summer to much fanfare and heat from AEW’s Tony Khan. Vaquer took the WWE Universe by storm, and soon began impressing fans with her viral move, The Devil’s Kiss, which is essentially a scissors-hold head slam or head-scissors into Facebusters. Vaquer has used the move for a long time, but WWE coach Matt Bloom named it as it was going viral.
Vaquer denies knowing this before coming to WWE, but Charlotte Flair is among those with a similar move, which adds to the buzz and excitement surrounding Vaquer. Booker T is one of many that are impressed with the move, and now his fellow Hall of Famer is joining the fan club.
Scott Steiner Is A Fan Of The Devil’s Kiss From Stephanie Vaquer
Scott Steiner often tweets with fans about the latest happenings in the wrestling world. Monday’s WWE RAW saw Asuka return to defeat Stephanie Vaquer, Ivy Nile, and Raquel Rodriguez in a Queen of the Ring tournament first round Fatal 4 Way.
The Devil’s Kiss trended on Monday after Raquel Rodriguez took the move into the apron, reminding fans of when Rhea Ripley took the move into a ladder at Money In the Bank. Big Poppa Pump raised many eyebrows in the WWE Universe when he took the opportunity to share his thoughts on Vaquer’s move, and where he might have used it.
“Just saw this ‘devil’s kiss move’, seems like something the Big Bad Booty daddy would have done. Just not in the ring, if you know what I mean,” Scott Steiner wrote.

Vaquer pulled double duty during Money In the Bank Weekend earlier this month. She teamed with Lola Vice for a Worlds Collide win over AAA’s Dalys and Chik Tormenta, then later that night she made her debut in the MITB Ladder Match won by Naomi.
