Sasha Banks has provided an update on her condition following reports that the former SmackDown Women’s Champion appeared hurt at a WWE live event.
Sasha Banks has been on a run of facing SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair on live events in recent weeks. The duo had been involved in Triple Threat bouts involving Toni Storm before the New Zealander shockingly appeared to have quit the company.
Banks and Flair faced off at a WWE Live Supershow event in Fayetteville, North Carolina when something appeared to go wrong for The Boss.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com reported that Sasha Banks appeared to have hurt her left leg or knee during the bout after taking a backbreaker from The Queen. The report says that Banks’ leg appeared to be awkwardly planted following the move before a referee checked on her.
The match then appeared to go to its finish quicker than planned with a few more spots before Flair dropped Banks with Natural Selection to retain her SmackDown Women’s Title. Following the match, WWE officials were seen assisting Sasha Banks to the backstage area.
Banks has now taken to social media to give an update on her condition following the scary event and it appears to be good news as she simply wrote:
“I’m good Thank you for the love always.”
I’m good 👊🏽
Thank you for the love always. 💙

Sasha Banks will be hoping to stay injury-free as January signals the beginning of the Road to WrestleMania 38 at the Royal Rumble. The Boss will surely be hoping to find herself involved in a major bout on The Grandest Stage Of Them All after she and Bianca Belair headlined WrestleMania 37 in 2021.
