The controversy surrounding Sasha Banks and Naomi’s walkout during WWE Monday Night Raw continues, with Sasha’s husband joining the conversation.
Sasha Banks and Naomi, the current WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, have been at the height of media attention this week following their reported walkout during a live airing of Monday Night Raw. They were scheduled to partake in a Six-Pack Challenge alongside Becky Lynch, Asuka, Doudrop, and Nikki A.S.H.
While numerous reports have offered up different pieces of the puzzle, including news that Naomi’s WWE contract is set to expire soon, Banks and Naomi themselves are yet to comment on the situation. However, Sasha Banks’ husband Mikaze – WWE’s costume designer – has taken to Twitter to offer his opinion.
Quote-tweeting a report from Ringside News’ official account that stated Sasha Banks and Naomi had been pulled from upcoming WWE live events, Mikaze called the reports “next level bulls**t”:
The bullshit being spewed is next level https://t.co/AV11ucXOEw

These reports originated from Ringside News’ Brad Shepard reporting that the duo had been pulled from all WWE events through to July, which would presumably include the upcoming Hell in a Cell, Money in the Bank, and SummerSlam premium live events on 5 June, 2 July, and 30 July, respectively.
Sasha Banks and Naomi’s walkout has remained the biggest story in wrestling. Their unhappiness stems from their subdued booking as WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, with a pitch to defend against Doudrop and Nikki A.S.H at Hell in a Cell reportedly being turned down. They’re said to have left their championships with WWE’s Head of Talent Relations, John Laurinaitis.
It’s currently unknown when, exactly, or even if the duo will return to WWE programming.
