Sasha Banks and Bayley are slated to reunite for a holiday livestream on social media. As Bayley brings together many different celebrities in the spirit of the holidays during her Instagram livestream on December 14, 2022, there is one longtime frenemy that no celebration of hers would be complete without.
Currently, there are many questions surrounding the status of Sasha Banks as it pertains to her wrestling career. Sasha Banks has not been seen on WWE television since she and Naomi walked out on WWE on Monday, May 16, 2022. In that time, Sasha Banks has taken part in her first movie, been part of many red carpet premieres, and walked the runway at New York Fashion Week.
Now, Sasha Banks is reuniting with her greatest WWE rival to spread some holiday love.
Bayley Announces Sasha Banks As Her Third Guest On Holiday Stream
Joining the likes of Big E, and “New Girl” actor Jake Johnson on Bayley‘s upcoming “Ding Dong, Stronger Together” holiday stream to benefit Family Giving Tree is none other than Sasha Banks herself, Mercedes Varnado. Bayley made the announcement on Instagram and led by telling her followers, “you’re welcome.”
You’re welcomeeee!…. Because my 3rd guest joining me on IG live Dec 14 to benefit @familygivingtree is the one and only @themercedesvarnado. A main event of Wrestlemania, a star in The Mandalorian, killing the runways on Fashion weeks, co-owner of an award-winning CBD company (@kanndelabs), and that’s all I’ll say for now because she’s gonna get a big head over this.
The best thing about having her on is that once I told Mercedes I was doing this again this year, she asked ME to be a part of this interview to help spread the love.
Please join us next Wednesday, Dec. 14, as I’ll be hanging out with some amazing people. We can share some hot cocoa, answer some questions you may have, play games, and enter to win raffles! Click the link in my bio to see how you can contribute to @familygivingtree this year.
Through the years, Sasha Banks and Bayley have made a lot of history together. They were the first two women to headline any premium live event under the WWE umbrella with their Iron Man match at 2016’s NXT TakeOver: Respect. They were also the first-ever WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, claiming those titles back in 2019.
Currently, it’s unknown whether or not Sasha Banks will return to WWE. A recent report suggests that she will be at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 17. Read more here.
