Former AEW star Saraya’s recent social media post had fans wondering if she’s returning to WWE.
After Saraya left WWE in 2022, she joined AEW later that same year and returned to being an in-ring performer. However, her time in All Elite Wrestling came to an end in March this year, sparking rumors that she could be returning to the Triple H-led promotion soon.
Ahead of WWE’s all-women’s PLE, Evolution, on July 13 in Atlanta, Georgia, Saraya asked on X/Twitter if the show was occurring this weekend:
Evolution is this weekend?”
This simple inquiry from the former WWE Superstar sparked excitement among fans. While some corrected her that it would take place the week after, others suggested she knew when and where Evolution would take place since she would be present, or at least hoped she would.
“Why you trying to throw us a curveball and act like you’re not gonna be there?”
“Saraya don’t even play with me right now I- lace them docs up one more time plzzzzz.”
“Yess!! And I’m sure you will be there mother.”
“girl you already know when it is, i’ll be happy to see you next sunday.”
“You there @Saraya? Would love to see the GOAT!”

Saraya Expressed Uncertainty Over Possible WWE Return
Although many fans want to see the former Paige return to the Stamford-based promotion, the former Divas Champion is not confident that there is still a place for her on the roster.
On the Grue Rume Show, Saraya shared that she was shocked to know how many fans still want to see her in WWE. She noted that although she was interested in returning, she wanted 2025 to be for her acting career and other endeavors, but also shared that she was unsure if there’s still a place for her in the current locker room of the Stamford-based promotion.
“I kind of wanna take 2025 to do acting and all that kind of fun stuff but one day, I would love to. I mean, Rhea’s amazing. She’s a powerhouse. Everybody there. The women’s roster there right now is stacked so, yeah, it’s incredible and they’re doing really wonderful things. I don’t know if there’s even a place for me there right now but… I get that a lot. I’ve got that in other interviews too. Everyone’s very like, ‘Go home.’”
