Saraya, formerly known as Paige in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), provided plenty of fireworks on last week’s episode of AEW Dynamite as she provided an update on her in-ring status.
The two-time WWE Divas Champion would deliver fiery passion in her promo, which would eventually lead her to announce that she’s completely healthy and 100% ready to wrestle again — and that would followed up with an AEW Full Gear challenge against Britt Baker D.M.D.
Saraya Addresses Her AEW Dynamite Flub
Overall, the promo went very well for Saraya, however, there was one mistake that she made. During her promo, the WWE Paige was on a roll in her face off with Britt Baker, however, she ended up suffering a botch when speaking about her wrestling in the Tokyo Dome. The issue: Saraya never wrestled there.
She may have messed up, but Saraya was in a positive mood on Twitter Thursday, giving clarification on what it was that she meant during her Dynamite promo.
“Btw I got the dome mixed up with Sumo Hall. Middle of my promo I was like f****k what a dummy. Either way the support has been amazing. Thank you so much.”

Despite not wrestling at the Tokyo Dome, Saraya has wrestled in Japan on three occasions throughout her career, with all three matches taking place at the famous Sumo Hall, also known as Ryogoku Kokugikan. All three bouts would also be in her time with World Wrestling Entertainment when she went by the name of Paige.
In other Saraya-related news, the former WWE Superstar reached out to Sasha Banks as soon as she was medically cleared, this because of “The Boss” re-injuring her neck during a house show. She revealed this while speaking on Renee Paquette’s “The Sessions” podcast.
“The first person I texted as well was Mercedes, Sasha. She was one of the first people I texted. All that stuff, that can mentally fuck someone up to end someone’s career.
“I just said, ‘Hey sis, I just want to let you know since I know this whole thing was tough on you mentally but my doctor just cleared me and told me my neck is 100% ready to go. I haven’t told anyone else but I know this will make you feel good. I’m back, haha.’ And she was over the moon and stuff like that.”
