Another set of major news that happened on a big edition of AEW Dynamite featured Saraya revealing that she is now “100% cleared” to wrestle again, and after a fiery promo, the former Paige would challenge Britt Baker to a match at AEW’s Full Gear pay-per-view.
For weeks, many fans of All Elite Wrestling speculated about the future of Saraya and when her next in-ring performance would be, and tonight, the rumors were put to rest as she announced that she has been completely medically cleared to compete again. Also, taking advantage of the moment and a back-and-forth with Britt Baker, Saraya would challenge D.M.D. to a bout at the upcoming Full Gear event.
Saraya Is Now Set For Her Return To The Squared Circle
When Saraya squares off against Britt Baker at AEW Full Gear, it will be her first match since 2017 — five years ago. Back in 2018, the former WWE Diva’s Champion would be forced into retirement because of an injury to her neck that she would suffer at a World Wrestling Entertainment house show.

Shortly after Wednesday night’s promo and challenge to Britt Baker, Saraya would tweet:
Never thought I would see this day again. Thank you all. Im a wrestler 🥹
