Former WWE Producer, Sarah Stock, has announced that she is to undergo surgery to fix an injury that occurred on New Year’s Day.
On January 1, Stock suffered a nasty fall on icy ground outside her home. Upon landing, the star broken a bone and ruptured a ligament which she was told would require immediate surgery to repair.
Taking to social media on January 2, Stock updated her fans with a Twitter post on her in a hospital bed, writing:
“Happy New Year! Had a fall outside on the ice yesterday; broke a bone and ruptured a ligament. It’s my driving leg too! First time going into surgery, so a new experience to start the year.”

Sarah Stock began her WWE career as a guest coach in the Performance Center in 2015 and was so efficient that she was hired to a full-time Producer role. In April 2020, Stock became a victim of the company-wide talent cutbacks that saw the likes of Rusev, Curt Hawkins, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson depart the company.
Along with Dave Finlay and Gregory Helms – who also worked the same role – Stock was furloughed by the business giant but released from her contract in September 2020.
Since leaving WWE, the Canadian born personality has been involved in a legal wrangle when she was arrested for aggravated battery, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public intoxication on October 4, but exonerated from all changes.
Sarah Stock was a noted name on the independent circuit in the early noughties, competing for World Xtreme Wrestling – ran by Afa Anoa’i – Canadian Championship Wrestling, Triple A, TNA and most notably Stardom where, as Dark Angel, she reigned as World of Stardom Champion.
Inside the Ropes wishes Sarah Stock a speedy recovery.
