Sammy Guevara Provides Major Update On AEW In-Ring Future

In a recent update on his condition, AEW star Sammy Guevara has provided insight into his road to recovery.

Since his last appearance at AEW WrestleDream, where he teamed up with Konosuke Takeshita and Will Ospreay to defeat Chris Jericho and the Golden Lovers (Kenny Omega and Kota Ibushi), fans have eagerly awaited Guevara’s return to the ring.

Unfortunately, Sammy Guevara was unable to compete on the October 4th episode of Dynamite, as he had not been cleared to do so. Regrettably, the clearance has not yet been granted, leaving Guevara uncertain about his return.

On November 2nd, Guevara took to Instagram to share the disappointing news that he remains sidelined and uncertain about when he will be able to step back into the squared circle. However, there was a glimmer of hope when Guevara expressed on October 17th that he was feeling better with each passing day.

The exact nature of Guevara’s injury has not been officially disclosed, but there have been rumours suggesting it could be a concussion. Guevara, who has expressed his desire to wrestle Chris Jericho, is undoubtedly eager to return to action and showcase his skills once again.
