During a WWE Live Event, a fan captured footage of Sami Zayn hilariously using the moves of the Tribal Chief Roman Reigns!

In recent weeks, Sami Zayn has aligned himself with The Bloodline on both Raw and SmackDown, serving as somewhat of a lackey for the group in an attempt to earn respect following his WrestleMania 38 loss to Johnny Knoxville. He’s even gone so far as to post a humorous image on social media in attempts to show that he’s been part of the family for years.

At a recent live event in Las Cruces, NM, Zayn took the task of acknowledging the Tribal Chief one step further when he emulated Roman Reigns’ moveset in a match against Drew McIntyre. In footage captured by Twitter user @imreimagined, Zayn can be seen using both the Superman punch and a spear along with Reigns’ signature taunt.

Despite the fact that he is the current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, the Head of the Table is working a reduced schedule and according to a recent report will only make one appearance on Raw during the summer months, and he has been taken off advertising for the upcoming Money in the Bank Premium Live Event. He did not appear at Hell in a Cell.

Despite his absence from Raw, Roman Reigns will be appearing on the June 17th edition of Friday Night SmackDown. Not only that, his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship will be on the line against Riddle. It has since been announced that if Riddle loses, he won’t be able to challenge for the title again while Reigns is champion.

It had originally been thought that the match would take place at Money In The Bank, but plans have since changed.

Reigns hinted at this new phase in his career during a live event in Trenton, NJ back in May.
