Callihan has been part of IMPACT Wrestling since late 2017 when he debuted at Bound For Glory immediately forming Ohio Versus Everything. OVE feuded with LAX before going on to a lengthy feud with the current AEW Tag Team Champions, The Lucha Brothers. This led to a Mask vs. Hair match between Sami Callihan and Pentagon Jr. at Slammiversary in 2018 that Pentagon won leading to Callihan getting his head shaved.
One year later at Slammiversary in 2019 Callihan had a more successful night as he wrestled against Tessa Blanchard in the main event, defeating her in an Intergender match. Later in the year, Callihan captured the IMPACT World Championship from Brian Cage, holding the title for three months before losing the title to Blanchard at the beginning of 2020.
