Important Update🚨While we’re sad to announce that WWE Superstar LA Knight is unable to attend the December 27th event due to injury, we’ve got great news: WWE Superstar Braun Strowman has stepped up to replace him! We’ll be making an announcement shortly with details—stay tuned!
With no prior reports stating that Knight was injured, many were surprised by the news and understandably concerned for the former United States Champion. However, in a more positive update from Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, sources within the company have stated that Knight is not injured and the reason for the replacement was that Knight was not approved for the appearance in the first place. Leuken’s are promoting the Strowman appearance but have deleted the original post regarding Knight.
Knight lost the United States Championship to Shinsuke Nakamura at Survivor Series and has since become involved with The New Bloodline.
Recently, LA Knight was involved in car accident but still made it to a WWE live event appearance.
