Since making her way into WWE in 2018, Ronda Rousey has had people talking about her. The former UFC Champion’s star power and air of presence are undeniable, but she’s also garnered plenty of criticism from fans for her promo skills and in-ring work, particularly since making her return to the company in 2022.

Following her Raw Women’s Championship loss to Becky Lynch in the main event of WrestleMania 35, Ronda Rousey wouldn’t be seen inside the squared circle for quite some time. After giving birth to her first child, she finally made her way back to WWE as a surprise entrant in the 2022 Royal Rumble, a match she went on to win. Though she was unsuccessful at capturing the SmackDown Women’s Championship from Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 38, she went on to win the title the following month at WrestleMania Backlash.

Liv Morgan unseated the MMA legend after winning the Money in the Bank contract, but after a series of matches that weren’t well-received by fans, Rousey captured the title once more. She shockingly lost the belt to a returning Charlotte Flair on the December 30th episode of SmackDown.

She is expected to team with Shayna Baszler and challenge for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship, though their opponents may not be Damage CTRL if Becky Lynch and Lita are able to unseat the current champions on next week’s episode of Raw.
