Former WWE RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey recently claimed that Vince McMahon was afraid of her.
Rousey has been very vocal about her time in World Wrestling Entertainment, where she had two runs. In those stints, she won both the RAW and SmackDown Women’s Champion Titles along with the Women’s Tag Team Titles on two occasions.
Rousey has always been known for not holding back in interviews, especially when it comes to her pro wrestling career. During a recent appearance on the Lapsed Fan Podcast, she claimed that Vince McMahon was afraid of her as he knew that she would call him out.
Ronda Rousey Speaks About Working With Vince McMahon, “I Can’t Work With People That Aren’t Straightforward”
Rousey stated that Mr.McMahon would never directly tell her what he meant, but would often say something just to get her away from him and then proceed with what he wanted. She compared this to her former boss, Dana White, who was always straightforward when dealing with her. She said:
“No, I just kind of give a f**k, he was not like a d**k to my face, you know, he was just like a round about d**k, but yeah, I think if he actually like said some shit to my face, he would have got something back, and I think he was aware of that. So, it was more like shiesty carny s**t, which I was used to, like working with Dana [White], who is like the most straightforward person ever, and then like Vince would say whatever he would have to say to get me out of the room and then do some shiesty carny s**t after that, and I am like, f**k, I can’t it just got to a point where I can’t work with people that aren’t straightforward.”
