Ronda Rousey Announces Her Pregnancy
‘Rowdy’ Ronda Rousey has announced she and her husband Travis Browne are expecting a baby together and confirmed that she is four months pregnant.
In a video posted on her YouTube channel, Rousey sat down with Browne to make the announcement together. Before then showing some footage from the previous months.
In her initial announcement an excited Rousey said:
“Pow! Four months pregnant. Oh, what?! You didn’t even know! The last four months, yeah. I’ve been pregnant since January so four months, baby bump I can’t hide it anymore so it’s time to show it off. I just wanted to share with you guys a little bit of the journey we’ve been on and there’s definitely much more to the story we’ll be telling later but here you go.”
Footage was then shown of Rousey undergoing various scans where her baby could be seen. The couple finished the announcement by thanking their supporters.
Rousey said:
“Thank you everybody for all the well wishes and all the positivity to get us to this point. And yeah, we’re really excited for you to meet [the baby] just like we are.”
At various points in the video, the gender of the baby was bleeped out. A graphic appeared on screen saying that a gender reveal is yet to come.
Ronda Rousey joins fellow WrestleMania main eventer Becky Lynch in beginning her family. Lynch and her fiancé Seth Rollins welcomed their baby girl to the world in January 2021.
