Roman Reigns Walks Out Of Post-Clash At The Castle Press Conference

Roman Reigns WWE Universal Champion

Roman Reigns wasn’t in a talkative mood at the posy-Clash At The Castle press conference, walking out after just one question.

At WWE Clash At The Castle, Roman Reigns successfully defended his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Drew McIntyre.

The atmosphere for the entire contest was electric with the 62,000 strong baying for Reigns’ blood and cheering on their hero McIntyre.

At numerous points in the match Reigns appeared rattled by the hostile response, and even got on the microphone to challenge the crowd to acknowledge him during the clash. Despite a remarkable effort from McIntyre, Reigns stood tall at the end of the match via the helping hand of a debuting Solo Sikoa.

Still firmly in character Reigns walked into the post-show press conference in thoughtful mood, giving little away with a firmly stoic demeanour. After sitting down, Alex McCarthy of the Daily Mail asked Reigns how it felt to walk into such a cauldron of an atmosphere.

After a long pause Reigns said he would rather “you do, what they wouldn’t do,” before standing and challenging McCarthy to acknowledge him. The reporter responded that he acknowledged him, as Reigns muttered “you’re damn right” as he grabbed his title belts and headed for the door.

During the press conference Triple H also revealed that he has plans to speak with Bad Bunny soon regarding a WWE return for the Hip Hop megastar.
