Roman Reigns is widely regarded as a leader in the WWE locker room. Popular wrestler Karl Anderson recounted an incident while traveling for a wrestling show when Reigns had to handle a situation at the airport.
Roman Reigns Urged Fellow WWE Superstar to Stand Up For Himself And Quit “B*tching”
Karl Anderson was a guest on WWE Hall of Famer JBL’s “Stories with Brisco and Bradshaw” podcast. He was released on February 8, 2025, along with his tag team partner, Doc Gallows. They returned to New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) shortly thereafter.
On the podcast, Anderson got to discussing wanting things while under contract with the sports entertainment capital. In order to get what one wants, they have to get it written into their contracts first, Anderson articulated.
He then brought up Roman Reigns, with whom he traveled while working for WWE.
“As I’ve gotten older and grown, I’ve realized that if you want something, you got to get it written on your contract. You got to stop complaining about it,” he said matter-of-factly. “I remember one time we were on a flight with Roman [Reigns], and somebody was b*tching about a flight. And Roman said at the baggage claim [to the fellow WWE star], ‘Either get it written into your contract or quit b*tching,’ and I was like, good point Roman!” Anderson chuckled.
As for the Tribal Chief, he is reportedly gearing up for a return soon, but it may not be for a match at SummerSlam in the first week of August.
The former Undisputed WWE Champion was last seen on RAW after WrestleMania 41 in April, where he was battered by Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker. This came right after Paul Heyman, his manager of five years, turned on him at the Show of Shows.
As per reports, Roman Reigns will be back to resume his deeply personal rivalry with The Wiseman and Rollins, with whom he once was part of the iconic stable, “The Shield.”
