Roman Reigns To Miss WWE Live Event Despite Previously Being Advertised

Roman Reigns will not be appearing at a WWE live event in Fayetteville despite previously being advertised.

The show is due to take place on Saturday, May 20th, and promotional material confirmed that the Tribal Chief would be making a rare appearance. However, WWE has now issued a statement noting that Reigns will not be at the event.

“Incorrect promotional material was released that advertised Roman Reigns in Fayetteville this Saturday, May 20.Roman Reigns will not be Fayetteville. Refunds will be available at point of purchase until 7:30 ET the day of the event.”

Roman Reigns To Appear At Money In The Bank

Although Roman Reigns won’t be in Fayetteville, he will be in London for Money In The Bank on July 1st. WWE has confirmed that the star will be at the Premium Live event in the UK, and SmackDown in the same arena 24 hours earlier.

The June 30th edition of SmackDown will be the first to be held in the UK since November 2019. Meanwhile, the show will also mark the first time that SmackDown will be broadcast live at 8pm in the UK on BT Sport.

Reigns’ next match is due to take place in Saudi Arabia at Night of Champions on May 27th. At the event, the Head of the Table will team with Solo Sikoa against Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens as he bids to bring the Undisputed Tag Titles back to The Bloodline.

On the same night, Reigns will also hit 1000 days as World Champion.
