Logan Paul has boldly predicted that he could beat Roman Reigns despite only competing in two wrestling matches to date.
At time of writing Logan Paul has a perfect WWE record. He teamed with The Miz to defeat the Mysterios at WrestleMania 38, before seeing off the A-Lister at SummerSlam in his first singles match.
However, despite his relative inexperience Paul has already set his sights on the top of the WWE mountain and a clash with Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns.
Speaking on a recent episode of his Impaulsive podcast, Paul said that not only does he want to wrestle Reigns, he believes he can beat him.
“When I watch [Roman Reigns] on TV and in the ring, I just wanna f***ing wrestle the guy,
That’s what I do … I did it with Floyd Mayweather. My second opponent [in boxing] was Floyd f***ing Mayweather … I love competing at the highest level as soon as I get into the thing.”
“You’re not gonna like this,” Paul continued. “You put me against Roman Reigns right now, I think I win.”
Roman Reigns was recently a guest on Logan Paul’s podcast and discussed a wide range of topics around his life and career including his biggest rivals and what it was like going up against John Cena.
Just before appearing at SummerSlam it was announced that Paul had signed a “multi-match” contract with WWE for an unspecified number of events. Although fans wanting to see the YouTube star back in the ring soon might have to be patient as he isn’t expected to return before 2023.
