Roman Reigns steps in for Jimmy Uso to secure WWE SummerSlam victory with Jey Uso.
At WrestleMania 41, Paul Heyman turned his back on CM Punk and Roman Reigns to side with Seth Rollins. To add insult to injury, on the RAW after ‘Mania show, the new alliance attacked the Hall of Famer’s former clients, causing The Tribal Chief to be out for a few months.
Months later, Heyman added Bronson Reed to his team and shifted their targets elsewhere, among them being Jey Uso. However, before Bron and Bronson could inflict any more damage, his cousin returned to save him from The Oracle’s men.
What followed was Reigns and Uso getting the upper hand against Reed and Breakker for a couple of weeks on the Monday show, until their latest meeting on the RAW before SummerSlam, which saw Bronson and Bron laying waste to their opponents, along with stealing Roman’s shoes.
Finally, all four men clashed at SummerSlam this weekend, opening the show in an action-packed and exhilarating tag team bout from start to finish.
Roman Reigns And Jey Uso Defeated Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker At WWE SummerSlam
The beginning of Roman Reigns and Jey Uso’s battle against Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker began with the latter duo quickly gaining momentum as they wouldn’t allow The Yeet Master to tag in The Tribal Chief.
However, when The Head of the Table was finally tagged in, things quickly shifted, and the OG Bloodline duo were quick to change the momentum between Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, much to the dismay of Paul Heyman.
Towards the end of the match, Roman Reigns took Jimmy Uso’s spot as he and Jey Uso hit the 1D against Bronson Reed. The Yeet Master was close to finishing the match, but the pin was interrupted by Bron.
Bron then targeted Jey for a Spear, but Reigns pushed his cousin to take the move instead. This gave Uso the opening to send Breakker outside the ring via a Super Kick and his own Spear. Jey went on top of the turnbuckle and hit a Uso Splash to the Auszilla to have the first victory at SummerSlam 2025.

It will be interesting to see what will happen next between the OG Bloodline members and Paul Heyman’s alliance following SummerSlam.
