Images from the title unification match at WrestleMania 38 indicate that Roman Reigns may have suffered a legitimate injury.
Hailed as the Biggest WrestleMania Match Of All Time, Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns faced off in the main event of night two of WrestleMania 38 in a match to unify the WWE and Universal Championships and crown an Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.
Near the end of the bout, Lesnar had Reigns in a Kimura, and Reigns shouted “It’s out!” indicating that his shoulder had popped out. While it makes sense that this would be part of the match, images posted on Twitter show that Reigns may have suffered a legitimate injury to his arm.

After Reigns was able to get to the ropes to force a break of the hold, there was a ref bump that allowed Roman Reigns to hit a low blow on Brock Lesnar and also hit him over the head with a championship belt before pinning the Beast Incarnate with one final spear.
Despite the apparent injury to his arm, Roman was able to lift both the WWE and Universal Championships over his head as he celebrated his victory on the ramp.
