Roman Reigns And Paul Heyman Reunite For the First Time Since WWE WrestleMania 40 [Video]

Roman Reigns And Paul Heyman Share A Touching Moment Post WrestleMania

After months of absence, Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman have finally reunited.

At WrestleMania 40, Roman Reigns lost his Undisputed WWE Championship to Cody Rhodes and went on a hiatus. Although Paul Heyman stayed back and appeared on television with Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline, he was later taken down after an attack from Sikoa, and his faction.

At SummerSlam 2024, Reigns returned during Rhodes’ title defense against the new Tribal Chief and helped The American Nightmare retain. However, fans did not see Paul Heyman return, as The Wiseman believed his return should be meaningful and take place later.

After several months of absence, Heyman and Reigns finally reunited at the Bloomberg Power Players New York: Afternoon Session. Both talked about business and how they can make the sport more accessible to fans. Engaging in an insightful discussion, Reigns and Heyman also praised their women’s roster and compared them with the Williams sisters of tennis.

The Head of the Table is currently out of action after a brutal attack from Jacob Fatu a couple of weeks ago. Fans are now patiently waiting to see the duo of Roman Reigns and his Wiseman return to SmackDown.

Cody Rhodes Addresses His Behind The Scenes Rivalry With Roman Reigns

At the Bash In Berlin post-show, Cody Rhodes opened up on his backstage competition with Roman Reigns. Both The Big Dog and The American Nightmare are two of the biggest names on the roster, and a power struggle is bound to exist. When asked about it, he answered:

I think if I’m speaking honestly, they’re not insecurities and they’re not concerns, but I’d be naive to not acknowledge the challenge. I love this, and maybe one of the things – I had a lifetime of experience to get ready for this – that’s the biggest challenge in front of me in terms of what’s the new task for me?”

The idea of being a poster boy at all – my gosh, that’s an amazing feeling. That’s special. It will end at some point. But I will certainly put up every bit of a fight. And it’s not just the OTC, it’s not just Roman Reigns. This is John Cena’s farewell run.”

Also at the appearance, Roman Reigns commented on the prospect of WWE on Netflix having more adult-themed content.
