“Stay In Your Lane You Roided Up Leprechaun” – MJF Blasts Conor McGregor

MJF

New AEW World Champion MJF is once again courting controversy and finds himself embroiled in an online feud with fellow trash talker and UFC megastar Conor McGregor.

Tensions between the two men began when Maxwell Jacob Friedman called English UFC star Paddy Pimblett a “dollar store Conor McGregor” during a war of words that also led to the two challenging each other to a fight in London when AEW makes its UK debut in 2023.

McGregor saw the AEW Champion’s comments and replied in a tweet of his own:

“A dollar store Conor is still worth millions! Let’s go young Paddy Pimb! Don’t know who this other clown is.”

In response, Friedman hit out at the UFC star, saying once he was done with Pimblett he would take out McGregor himself and called the Irish fighter a “roided up leprechaun.”

“I’ll f*ck the Conor clone up. Then I’ll wipe my ass with the original. Stay in your lane you roided up leprechaun. You can’t hang with the @AEW World Champion. #Betterthanyou”

MJF Won The AEW World Championship At AEW Full Gear

After winning the Casino Ladder Match at AEW All Out, MJF was granted a guaranteed shot at the AEW World Championship, and he declared that he would cash in that opportunity at AEW Full Gear against Jon Moxley.

The main event bout between the two men saw the 26 year old victorious, making him the youngest AEW World Champion in the company’s history. However, despite his promise to earn the title on his own, his victory came after William Regal turned his back on Blackpool Combat Club member Jon Moxley and handed brass knuckles to Friedman, who used the weapon out of view of the referee.

AEW Full Gear also saw Jamie Hayter defeat Toni Storm to become the new Interim AEW Women’s Champion. Hayter has since been named the official AEW Women’s Champion after Thunder Rosa was forced to relinquish her title due to injury.
