The show missed a year in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic with the last event being held in Las Vegas on September 27th 2019. The event was headlined by Rush defeating Matt Tavern for the ROH World Championship.
To date, two matches have been announced for the 2021 edition of the event. The show will see the final of the tournament to crown the inaugural ROH Women’s World Champion.
Appearing at the beginning of ROH’s Women’s Division Wednesday broadcast on YouTube, Dixie Carter offered words of support for the participants in the tournament. The appearance marked Carter’s debut in Ring Of Honor.
The ROH Pure Championship will also be on the line as Jonathan Gresham or Rhett Titus will take on Josh Woods.
The show will be the 18th Death Before Dishonor event in the show’s history.
