Rob Van Dam has revealed that he would like to step into the ring with a former World Champion and current WWE star one last time.
Former WWE Champion Rob Van Dam hasn’t wrestled for one of North America’s ‘big three’ promotions since leaving IMPACT Wrestling in 2020. While he hasn’t wrestled in WWE since leaving the company in 2014.
Speaking during a recent virtual wrestling convention in India hosted by WrestleVerse, Van Dam was asked out of the major United States promotions, who would he like to step in the ring with one last time. Interestingly, the star picked Bobby Lashley.
“I don’t know, maybe Bobby Lashley. I have been in the ring with him before and he is in a very, very good position right now,”
Bobby Lashley is currently in the midst of his third run as United States Champion after dethroning Theory at Money In The Bank. In recent weeks the All-Mighty has defended his title against Theory and Ciampa as the championship continues to be featured heavily on Monday Night Raw.
It has already been announced that Lashley will be back in action on the August 16th edition of the show when he defends his title against AJ Styles.
Rob Van Dam was most recently in action on July 23rd when he was defeated by Channing Decker at UCW Summer Explosion.
