Road Dogg Posts Statement After Suspected Heart Attack

WWE Hall of Famer Road Dogg has posted a statement on his Facebook after being treated for a suspected heart attack last week.

Road Dogg, real name Brian James, posted on his personal Facebook page, triumphantly saying “I live to tell the story” before confirming that he’s heading home and thanking everyone for their positive thoughts and prayers.

“To God be the glory, I live to tell the story! I’m headed home. I’ve got some work to do and some changes to make but I’m up to the task. I want to thank EACH and EVERY one of you for your thoughts and prayers and your kind words. So many reached out with positive vibes and it overwhelmed me with love. Thank you all and God is good! Let the journey begin! #OUDK # GBU #LIVEARMSTRONG

Brian James is most well known for his time in the WWE as part of the highly successful New Age Outlaws tag team and D-Generation X. Since moving away from being an active performer, James has worked backstage for WWE since 2014 in a variety of roles, including as a writer and producer.
