Riddle has heaped praise on a fellow Monday Night Raw star, and no, it isn’t the one you’re thinking.
2022 has been a huge year in the WWE career of Riddle. After enjoying tremendous success alongside Randy Orton in RK-Bro an injury to The Viper has meant that the Original Bro has been flying solo.
After continuing his rivalry with The Bloodline, the star earned himself a shot at Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. Although Riddle was unable to overcome Reigns, he turned in a mighty impressive display and pushed the champion all of the way.
Back on Raw, the former Tag Team Champion has now found himself at odds with Seth Rollins, with the two scheduled to meet at SummerSlam.
During a recent appearance on Instagram Live with ProSieben MAXX, Riddle was full of praise for his rival, describing Rollins as one of the best in the world.
“So Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins is probably one of the best, greatest wrestlers to be doing it right now in this era and to be on the SummerSlam card against Seth Rollins, dude, there’s nothing — other than fighting for a world title or something like that, there’s nothing bigger than going against one of the best in the world at one of the biggest shows in the world in the biggest company in the world so, pretty, pretty excited bro. Plus, we’re going to Nashville. It’s a pretty fun town.”
When asked about his tag team partner Randy Orton, the star said that he didn’t have much of an update other than he is in high spirits.
“Randy [Orton] is still recovering from his injuries and hopefully he’ll be back sooner than later. I can’t give more of an update because I’m not a doctor and I don’t have one so, but I know Randy’s in high spirits for sure and he’s doing well.”
Meanwhile, Seth Rollins has offered an apology to two fans after he was “very harsh and abrupt” after they approached him and his wife Becky Lynch.
