Ric Flair and The Undertaker are no strangers to one another, having competed against each other at WrestleMania 18 and being close friends. The Phenom even attended Flair’s final wrestling match live at Nashville Municipal Auditorium on Jul. 31, 2022.
While Ric Flair is known for his controversial shenanigans outside the ring, the respect he’s earned from his peers arguably has overshadowed that. The same can be said for ‘Taker and his contributions to the wrestling industry.
Ric Flair Lost Big Time During A Reckless Party With The Undertaker
During an exclusive interview with Metro UK in 2020, Ric Flair spoke about losing one of his prized Rolex watches during a night out with The Undertaker. The 73-old-year veteran said ‘Taker still knows how much he lost that night and blamed it all on the night they had with former NBA player Harvey Grant.
“He knew how to get the best out of me! He runs from me now because he knows! I lost a Rolex with Taker one night.” He then continued, “We and Taker and Harvey Grant were out one night and I lost a Rolex, which is a whole different part of the story. Trying to hang with him and that Jack Daniels man, it’s tough. We’ve had so much fun!”
Hopefully, all is forgiven between the two legendary Hall of Famers who won numerous championships and wrestled many times on the “Grandest Stage of them All.” Taker’s final WrestleMania bout was against A.J. Styles in the famous Boneyard Match in 2020, while Ric Flair’s last outing occurred several years prior at WrestleMania 24.
The Nature Boy’s night out with Taker isn’t the first time he lost an expensive watch. During his interview on a WWE 24 Extra, the Hall of Famer revealed he once lost one of his watches in a bowl of spaghetti but later said to two women he had 11 more of the same kind.
