Ric Flair has taken to social media to share a photo with his one time foe Bret Hart.
While Ric Flair and Bret Hart are widely-regarded as two of the greatest wrestlers to ever step foot inside the ring, they haven’t always seen eye-to-eye.
Flair has previously stated that Hart is a “legend in his own mind” while The Hitman has been critical of aspects of the Nature Boy’s in-ring style.
However, it appears that any issues between the two men are now firmly in the past.
Posting on social media, Flair shared a picture of himself with Hart, describing the duo as “friends for life.”
“We Called Each Other Everything In The World For 30 Years. Now We Just Call Each Other Friends For Life! WOOOOO! @BretHart,”

Bret Hart was also recently in attendance at Ric Flair’s final match in Nashville which was promoted under the Jim Crockett Promotions banner. In the match Flair teamed with Andrade El Idolo to defeat Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal.
Hart was in the crowd for the match alongside The Undertaker and Mick Foley and spoke with the 16-time World Champion after the bout. The Hitman later revealed that he congratulated Flair on his final outing.
“I just congratulated him and let him know that I appreciated what he did and what he was trying to do. There’s not too many guys who would have the guts to go in there and do what Ric Flair did, and I admire that about him.”
Speaking after the event Flair admitted that he regretted announcing that the match would be his last.
