Ric Flair has once again made reference to John Cena as the Hollywood star and 16-time WWE Champion closes in on the record-breaking 17th reign.
As Cena won the Elimination Chamber match on March 1st, the WWE legend will challenge Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed Championship in what will be his final appearance at The Show of Shows. However, while many assumed that it would be a babyface vs. babyface match in Las Vegas, Cena did the unthinkable at Elimination Chamber by attacking his Mania opponent and siding with The Rock.
As recognised by the promotion, Cena is currently tied with Flair for most World Championship reigns and will overtake The Nature Boy if he is victorious at WrestleMania 41. Aware that his record is in danger, Flair has once again called out Cena.
Posting a clip of his reaction at the 2017 Royal Rumble when Cena won the 16th World Championship on social media, Flair captioned the video with a challenge to the Hollywood star:

Following his shock heel turn at Elimination Chamber, Cena is next scheduled to appear on the March 17th episode of Raw.
Ric Flair Has Previously Called Out John Cena
This is not the first time that Flair has referred to his record and that Cena may gain that all-important 17th World Championship. Referencing his previous accomplishments in the ring, the WWE Hall of Famer stated that he would “fight his way through security” and do everything in his power to stop Cena from breaking the record.
