Rhea Ripley has let it be known that she is more than willing to take on Dominik Mysterio in a match on WWE TV.
Bash in Berlin did not go as planned for Mysterio and Liv Morgan as they lost to Ripley and Damian Priest in a mixed tag team match. Despite the fact that the rest of The Judgment Day got involved in an attempt to secure victory, Morgan was hit with a Riptide by Ripley and pinned to set up an inevitable rematch with the Women’s World Champion. However, while Ripley got some revenge on Mysterio by choking him out with her legs, Ripley did not get that definitive Riptide on Dom that many had predicted.
With fans anticipating a potential intergender match might be coming soon to settle things between them both, Dominik Mysterio stated in an interview with Gorilla Position before the match that it was unlikely given WWE not being known for intergender wrestling but was open to facing The Eradicator:
“I don’t think they’d book it but I’m here for it. Yeah (I’d do it), I mean, but let’s just leave it at that.”
When it was noted by one of the hosts that Ripley would squash Mysterio, the former North American Champion responded as follows:
“I came out of my mother’s womb and dropkicked the doctor. What do you think I would be willing to do as a 27-year-old?”
With Mysterio known for running his mouth, Ripley let it be known that she is very much open to the match with a simple 2-word response on social media:
Bring it.
Rhea Ripley Names Her Unique Pin
After hitting the Riptide onto Morgan, Ripley pinned the Women’s World Champion in a way that many fans are familiar with. As Rhea Ripley has never officially named the pin prior to Bash in Berlin, The Eradicator enlightened the fans following the victory.
Speaking in a new interview, Rhea Ripley recalled her emotional reaction to The Judgment Day split.
