Anna Jay is returning to All Elite Wrestling with Mercedes Mone and Mariah May in her sights.
Anna Jay has taken time away to compete in the gruelling STARDOM 5STAR Grand Prix tournament. The star saw some success in the tournament, ending on three wins and six points, but it was not enough to reach the knockout stages.
With the Grand Prix over, Jay delivered a message on the September 14th edition of Collision. The star says she learned a lot in Japan and is ready to show just how much she has evolved.
“I just got back from Japan. I was wrestling, learning, honing my skills, and becoming the best that I could be. It was not easy, I was tired, I was sore, I was beat up, but let me tell you what I learned while I was there.
“I want more, so much more. You know, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t want a shot at the AEW Women’s World Championship. Mariah May is due for a very big receipt, and I’ve also never stepped into the ring with Mercedes Mone.
“So let me make it easy for all of you. If you want to see how evolved Anna Jay has become, just try me.”
