A former WWE NXT star will be out of action with an injury.
Former NXT star, Persia Pirotta (Steph De Lander) took to Twitter to announce that she’ll be out of action due to what she calls a ‘small surgery’.
Hey guys!! I am recovering from a small surgery (i’m ok!) so I will be out of action for the next couple of months. If you’d like to support me there are plenty of ways to do so! Subscribe to my exclusive content or check out my other links in my bio. Love y’all 🥰🙏🏼 pic.twitter.com/Z6JJyORRfC

De Lander signed with WWE in March 2021 and was a staple of NXT programming where she was locked into a storyline with Duke Hudson, Indi Hartwell, and Dexter Lumis. De Lander and Hartwell challenged then-NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions, Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jane of Toxic Attraction at Vengeance Day. However, De Lander and Hartwell were unsuccessful in their bid for NXT tag team gold. De Lander would be released by the company just two months later, this past April.
Following her WWE departure, De Lander would begin competing on the independent circuit under her real name and last competed at Black Label Pro: The Gang Crosses The Line on July 29.
InsideTheRopes would like to wish Stephanie De Lander a healthy and speedy recovery!
