Reby and Matt Hardy welcomed their fourth child on July 11th with the birth of daughter Ever “Eevee” Moore Hardy.
Speaking to US Weekly, the pair confirmed that their latest addition was born at 5.18pm at the family home.
“Eevee was born at home at 5:18 p.m., weighing 6lbs, 8oz,”
“[She was] lovingly welcomed by Mom and Dad and surrounded by a team of professional midwives and doulas … outdoors, during a rainstorm.”
The couple married in October 2013, before having three sons. Maxel, 6, Wolfgang, 4, and Bartholomew, 19 months.
The new arrival continues the AEW baby rush, following the birth of Brandi and Cody Rhodes’ daughter Liberty Iris Runnels on June 18th and Jon Moxley and Renee Paquette’s daughter on June 15th.
Back in the ring, a twenty-plus-year rivalry will be rekindled at Fyter Fest as Christian Cage goes one-on-one with Matt Hardy. The two men redefined tag team wrestling during the Attitude Era with their incredible ladder matches and TLC offerings. Now Hardy has the Hardy Family Office behind him as Cage looks to outwork his wily rival in the ring.
Hardy, the man of many gimmicks, has recently been discussing how he would like to end his career. Speaking during a recent Q&A on Twitch, Hardy said that he would love to bring the curtain down on his career as it began, teaming with his brother Jeff.
“The gimmick I would like to end my career on, I would like to finish my career teaming with my brother as the Hardy Boyz,. Real-life Matt and real-life Jeff, doing our thing. I feel like that’s a beautiful way to tie up a career. To go out the way you came in, I think that’s super cool. I would like to finish my career with my brother as a team.”
During the same Q&A, Hardy also revealed that Vince McMahon “knew nothing” of his ‘Broken’ persona when he re-joined WWE in 2017.
