PAC hasn’t wrestled on AEW Dynamite since teaming with Penta El Zero Miedo and Eddie Kingston to defeat The Young Bucks and Brandon Cutler on June 11th.

However, a new report has now attempted to explain the British star’s recent absence.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, PAC has returned to the UK. The report notes that due to the current travel restrictions between the UK and the United States it is difficult for people to travel back and forth between the two locations.

The same report adds that Anthony Ogogo is also currently back in the UK due to personal reasons.

“Anthony Ogogo, who was getting the big push with the one punch body shot finish, is back in England right now. It was notable because his last major thing was knocking Cody Rhodes out but even as they were doing that program and putting him over strong it was known he’d be returning home for a while, said to be due to personal reasons. Travel back-and-forth is still difficult so when people go home, as is currently the case with Pac, it takes time to get them back.”

British star PAC signed with AEW in January 2019 following a six-year stint with WWE. Performing under the name Adrian Neville, PAC enjoyed great success in NXT winning the black and gold’s top championship as well as the NXT Tag Team Titles.

However, following a contractual dispute, the former Cruiserweight Champion left WWE in 2018. A short return to Dragon Gate followed, before the Brit penned a deal with AEW.

While PAC is yet to taste championship gold in his current home, he won the Tag Team Casino Royale match with Rey Fenix earlier this year.

The former independent star recently challenged Kenny Omega for the AEW World Championship at Double or Nothing but was ultimately unsuccessful.
