As Randy Orton celebrates his 20th anniversary as a WWE Superstar, Orton says he wants part of his legacy to be that he never left the company.
Over the last two decades, Randy Orton has become one of the most decorated Superstars in the history of WWE. The Viper has won every title the company has to offer and amassed an incredible 14 World Title reigns, all while taking on a who’s who of the top wrestlers in WWE.
In a new video for WWE’s official YouTube channel, Randy Orton has reflected on his career by looking back at some of his greatest moments. Towards the end of the video, the question of Orton’s legacy comes up and he reveals he wants to follow in the footsteps of his former rival and recent WWE Hall Of Famer, The Undertaker:
“You know, a lot of people ask me what my legacy will be? I think, if we are talking WWE, more specifically. My legacy will be, that I was the next guy after The Undertaker, that was the only person that never went anywhere else, and had more matches, more titles, more accolades.”
Randy Orton is currently one-half of the Raw Tag Team Champions alongside his RK-Bro teammate Riddle. The two will look to add more gold to their collection when they take on SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos in a ‘Winner Take All Title Unification’ Match at WrestleMania Backlash on May 8th.
