Randy Orton is coming back to Monday Night RAW.
The Viper hasn’t competed on RAW since being defeated by John Morrison in a Money In The Bank qualifying match on June 21st.
The following week The Viper had been scheduled to take part in a ‘Last chance’ Triple Threat Match but didn’t appear on the show. In his absence, his RK-Bro partner Riddle attempted to win a place in the Money In The Bank Ladder Match on his behalf.
While Riddle has remained a fixture on the red brand, Randy Orton has continued to be conspicuous by his absence. But it has now been confirmed by the man himself that he’s coming back to WWE’s flagship show.
Posting on Twitter Orton wrote:
“Been away for a bit, but tonight I’m back on WWE RAW, and I won’t keep you waiting, I’m kicking off the show.”

Orton had previously been advertised locally to return on August 2nd, but failed to appear.
Prior to disappearing from television, Orton had formed an unlikely alliance with Riddle. Despite some early reservations and often seemingly against his better judgement, the two formed quite the team on the red brand.
RK-Bro even defeated former Tag Team Champions, The New Day back in June. While Orton has been away, Riddle has found himself taking on the current champions Omos and AJ Styles.
On the most recent episode of RAW, Riddle went up against Omos in singles action. However, despite his best efforts the former US Champion wasn’t quite able to overcome the giant.
