Peter Rosenberg’s short reign as the WWE’s 24/7 Champion is now over, R-Truth taking it back on a segment on ‘The Michael Kay Show‘.
Rosenberg appeared on the show which is on the ‘YES Network’ to celebrate his new Title he captured at the Royal Rumble PPV. However, R-Truth crashed the set with a WWE referee in tow and managed to roll-up Rosenberg for the win.
well it was a hell of a title reign if I do say so myself … I never should have had a room with a balcony … busch league https://t.co/vIXsxla0tD

He went on to explain his ambitions for keeping hold of the Title for as long as possible.
I plan on holding on to this Title for a very long time. At least until WrestleMania in Tampa this year. And, furthermore, I am already one of the longest reigning champions of all time. I’ve already had the Title for nearly 24 hours.
As Rosenberg went on to discuss other things, we see R-Truth appear (literally) from behind the curtain. Once spotted, Truth yells “You know what time it is!” as both he and a WWE referee enter the room via the balcony.
R-Truth and Peter scramble on the floor for a moment until Truth pins him to take back the 24/7 Title.
The clip ends with the NEW 24/7 Champion addressing Michael Kay.
Michael Kay! First time, long time! Hey Don, what’s up! This is my legacy. Peter Rosenberg, Hot 97? More like Hot 24/7! That’s all folks!
R-Truth’s victory over Peter Rosenberg now has Truth defending the 24/7 Title in his record 48th reign – quite the feat.
