WWE superstar R-Truth has made history in a way no other WWE performer ever has.
The veteran wrestler just hit the #10 spot on Billboard’s Country Albums chart with his latest release, “The White Album.”
This marks the first time any active WWE star has cracked the Billboard Country Top 10. The album dropped on August 7, 2025, and features 11 tracks, including the lead single “Count My Sins.” Truth celebrated the news on social media, telling fans, “And I haven’t even started yet.”

The 53-year-old entertainer has been juggling both wrestling and music throughout his career. He released his first album, “Invinceable,” back in 2003, followed by “Killingit” in 2016 and “Legacy” in 2021. But “The White Album” represents his biggest musical breakthrough yet.
Truth made the switch from hip-hop to country music this year, showing his range as an artist. The album includes tracks like “Barnyard Flexin,” “Holiday Feel,” and “New Country”. His song “Count My Sins” explores creating a legacy while standing up for family and peace.
R-Truth’s Recent WWE Run
Truth was taken aback by the actions of his childhood hero, John Cena, following Elimination Chamber 2025. He tried saving him from Randy Orton at Backlash on May 10, but ended up taking an RKO instead. He then tried talking sense into him, but was unable to do so.
So he then challenged Cena at the May edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event, where he impersonated Cena’s entrance and looks, even delivering Cena’s moves on him. After a match against JC Mateo on SmackDown, he was released by the company as his contract expired. ‘We Want Truth’ chants roared in the arenas in following RAW and SmackDown shows.
He finally returned at the Money in the Bank main event, attacking Cena and turning heel himself. This led to many backstage brawls and sneak attacks. Truth finally came back when he met Cena backstage on the August 8 episode of SmackDown, after Cena turned babyface.
